Vanessa Paloma, will join us from Casa Blanca, Morocco, Vanessa Paloma is a Lecturer, singer, performer, scholar and writer specializing in Sephardic women’s songs.
Her topic will include, “Transmission in the Sephardi women’s world; identity and multiple allegiances as the basis of Sephardic experience”
Vanessa is a Research Associate with Hadassah Brandeis Institute Women’s Studies Research Center at Brandeis University. She is a Ph.D. Candidate CERMOM – INALCO Sorbonne Paris Cité.
