Viva Ladino
Viva Ladino will kick off on Tuesday, October 6 at 1:30 pm in Room 203 of Temple Shaarei Shalom in West Boynton Beach. Viva Ladino is presented in partnership with Temple Shaarei  Shalom’s Adult Education, meets twice monthly, and costs $18 per semester ( 8 meetings 9/6-12/13)) for members of either the Temple or Sephardi Federation.Viva Ladino has been a very successful and enjoyable program where studying our ancient Ladino language, its history and heritage, is conducted in a classroom setting. The mission is to improve the speaking and writing abilities for those who are familiar with Ladino or Spanish. The class is led by a team of native speakers who take participants through exercises and projects utilizing a variety of textbooks and creative resource materials. Class meetings are fun, interactive, informative, and nostalgic as the group works to preserve a signature aspect of our Sephardic culture – the beautiful, lyrical and expressive language of Ladino. Temple Shaarei Shalom is located at  9085 Hagen Ranch Road, Boynton Beach, FL 33472.
