Join us for a lecture and demo with Sara Gardner on the lingering impact of the Sephardic legacy on Spanish food, as well as the diasporic culinary repertoire of Sephardic Jews.
Through historical sources and the food itself, Sara will demonstrate the ways food has served as a critical medium telling the story of Sephardic Jewish life from the medieval period until today.
