On May 22-24, 2016 the ISAS will host a two-day international conference, “Reconnecting 2016: Reinvigorating Shared Jewish-Latino Roots and Heritage” in Miami, Florida, USA. The conference will explore the co-existence of the Hispanic and Jewish communities, as well as the new right of Jews of Iberian origin to reclaim their right to Spanish and Portuguese citizenship. The city of Miami, with its high concentration of both Latinos and Jews, will provide a dynamic backdrop to a dynamic conference. See the Save the Date notice below for more information.
