Join us on Tuesdays from March 22 through April 12  from 3:00 – 5:00pm for  Introduction to Ladino with Instructor, Al Maimon.

While the course is a «beginner’s» course, some familiarity with Spanish or ladino is desired.  The class will focus on getting a «feeling» for the language – readings of stories, articles, idioms and sayings that reflects the culture and world view of Levantine Jews.  The format will be interactive and sharing knowledge and experiences with ladino is highly encouraged. 
Grammar and vocabulary will be covered as part of the readings and discussion.
