STELLA HANAN COHEN is Chairperson of the Sephardic Community of Zimbabwe. Inspired by her culinary and Ladino heritage, she authored “Stella’s Sephardic Table: Jewish family recipes from the Mediterranean island of Rhodes”, which has won 5 international awards.
JOAN is the author of 11 cookbooks, a regular contributor to The New York Times, and she is an inductee to the James Beard Foundation’s Who’s Who in American Food and Beverage. Her PBS television series, Jewish Cooking in America with Joan Nathan, was nominated for the James Beard Award for Best National Television Food Show.
