The Salti Institute for Ladino Research at Bar-Ilan University will award two research grants to postdoctoral researchers seeking to focus on subjects related to Ladino language, literature and culture. The first grants will be awarded for the 5779 academic year (2018-2019) and are aimed at encouraging and advancing a young generation of researchers. The grants will be awarded on behalf of the Salti Institute, which was founded by Dr. Yehoshua and Mrs. Naime Salti and currently supported by the Yehoshua Salti Foundation.
