Celebration of Hy Genee Way on the Lower East Side

Thank you to everyone who came out to the very special Dedication Ceremony for «Hy Genee Way» on the Lower East Side. Over 125 people attended and honored Hy Genee, the former President of Kehila Kedosha Janina, for all that he did for the wider Greek Jewish community. The celebrating included live Greek Jewish and Sephardic music and great Sephardic food! It was truly a wonderful event.
