Isaac Azose is pleased to announce the production of Ladino Reflections, a double CD set of Ladino Romansas and Folksongs. There is a sub-theme throughout the liner notes and booklet, a song called ‘Avrij Mi Galanika’ (Open up My Beauty) depicting Mr Azose’s vision of the various stanzas of the song itself.
Accompaniment is by Steve Rice on piano, who also co-produced the CDs, Asaf Eres on guitar, David Bartley on guitar, mandolin and cittem and Julian Catford on guitar.
These songs are expected to bring the rich tapestry of Ladino music anda many hours of pleasure to homes around the world.
