The true reality of “Branca Días” with the expelled sephardic jews coming to brazil

The Institute for Sefardi and Anousim Studies congratulates the director SAMY WEITZBERG and FORTUNA’S ARTISTIC PRODUCTIONS  to give us an opportunity to legitimize our cause, increasing awareness to understand and address what is underneath the Bnei Anousim phenomenon in Brazil through the “Branca Días” chronicle.

The documentary film addresses the issue on a sound empirical base, expressing the indelible Identity of forcibly converted Jews’ descendants despite the permanent Persecutions they have suffered, needing to build a culture of disaster Resistance over centuries, up to an unprecedented Renaissance of Identity, they have being living during the last decades.
